Order Processing:
Orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Delivery Time:
• Metro Cities: 4–7 business days
• Other Areas: 5–10 business days
Shipping Charges:
• Free shipping on all prepaid orders.
• COD (Cash on Delivery) may include an extra fee shown at checkout.

Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your aZdo fit. If you’re not 100% satisfied, we offer easy returns & exchanges.
Eligibility:
• Request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags.
• Products bought during sales or with discount codes are not eligible for return/refund — only size exchanges (if stock is available).
Return/Exchange Process:
1. Email us at hello@azdo.in with your order ID.
2. Once approved, return the product to the address we share.
3. A flat Rs.99 return processing fee will be deducted from the refund or applicable on exchange.
4. Refunds are only processed after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Refunds:
• Only applicable for prepaid orders.
• Processed within 5–7 business days after the item is received and approved.
• COD orders are only eligible for exchange or store credit (no cash refunds).
